I feel like I take pictures of the sky all the time but come on, look at THE SKY. #PicOfTheDay #NoFilter
I keep looking back at the past, and asking myself if I had done something differently, would everything change? Would I be the person I am now, would I have different friends, or would I still be friends with people I’m not friends with anymore? I feel a sense of disapointment in myself, as if I haven’t done enough. But then I realize my life is not measured by my accomplishments, but how far I’ve come in my walk with God and as a person. I struggled to find meaning in my life. In my past, I was a different person. I tended to forget too often (and I still do) how meaningful my life truly is. The girl you see in this picture, looking down at the ground; she was scared. Scared and lost. She had no purpose, no idea the amazing plans God had for her. But now I do. Reading back on this now, maybe it was a little too long, I probably could’ve condensed this into two sentences. But I just wanted to share with whomever is reading this at the moment, that there is a plan and purpose for your life. I found mine! I post this picture with this verse, Deuteronomy 31:8 “The Lord himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged.”
